Beth is SO amazing!! Crazy story, my eye doctor retired this year & I was casually looking for a new optometrist when I met Doctor Burkhart. Performed a procedure that was not supposed to impact my vision but it permanently blurred one eye. Afterwards, insisted that my vision was blurred prior to the visit, basically denying any responsibility instead of trying to correct the issue.

Worst eye place I've ever encountered in my entire life. Unorganized, unprofessional, completely the opposite of everything you want regarding Eyecare. Unaccomadating. The worst customer service I've ever experienced wouldn't reccomend to my absolute worst enemy. AWFUL.
