my friend went to this clinic and they told her the day of the appt that she would be dialated so she didnt know to bring someone to drive her as she had never been dialated before, they also provided her no glasses to help the pain and protect her eyes and they didn't advise her to not drive. this was very dangerous for someone who isnt aware of the dilation procedure

This was my first visit to Eye Care Oklahoma and First Look Eyewear. Dr. Wiles measured me for glasses and did a dilated exam. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed during my exam.
Nathan, the manager at First Look Eyewear was so precise when fitting me for new glasses. He explained every option for lenses and was very friendly and knowledgable. I've worn glasses most of my life and this was the first time they have been perfect!!! Love this store, and will return every year for my eyewear!

Very small selection of pricey frames. The hours of operation are not convenient for busy professionals. No drop-in service, they require an appointment for pickups, adjustments, etc. Poor customer service after the sale. With the exception of one friendly associate, staff are aloof. I would describe one of the associates as passive/aggressive. After vision insurance, I paid $450 out of pocket for one pair of glasses. Two months later the finish began to peel from the metal rims and it's not considered a manufacture defect so replacement is subject to deductible. I'm going back to the big-box eye wear stores where customers come first!

Picked out a great pair of glasses with Betty's help. She guided me in the right direction for frames that I was also going to have transition lenses so glasses/sunglasses in one. When they came in, she and Debbie helped with the fitting and making sure the glasses were correct for the sunglasses part. Both were very helpful and friendly. Good job, girls!
