Cornerstone Eyecare

Loved my experience at Cornerstone Eyecare. I was a previous customer from several years ago and was impressed then. I had moved my business to a "1-hour" store closer to my new home and was not satisfied with the quality of glasses. So, I decided to come back to Cornerstone. My new glasses are great! Very good quality and best of all my insurance (VSP) paid for most of what I received.

Dr. Pickard was so kind! All the staff there are great and can't wait to come back! From the front desk girls, to the nurse who helped me and walked me through tests, to Dr. Pickard himself! I scheduled this appointment on Monday and was seen same week and it was quick! No unnecessary waiting

I had a great experience with Cornerstone Eye Care. Payton was my technician and she was great. The whole process was very efficient. Dr Pickard was very personable and addressed all my questions and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire eye exam. I was not pressured whatsoever to purchase glasses from them, though when I'm ready to fill a prescription I will most likely get them there. Thankfully I am able to continue with readers a little while longer as I don't have vision insurance. I haven't been wearing glasses to drive and was wearing the wrong strength to read. Now I know exactly what I need to purchase for both. I'm happy I found my eye care doctor! My only complaint, and it's just a pet peeve of mine, is that I stood at the front desk for a good 5 minutes and neither gal sitting there acknowledged my presence. I get that they were finishing up what they were doing, but to take a moment and say "I will be right with you" goes a long way. I'm not removing a star for that though. The rest of the experience made up for it.

Today I had another wonderful experience at Cornerstone. They were really busy, but I was still given excellent service from the front desk, all the way through to the check out process. Dr. Pickard is the best! He listened to my concerns and provided a referral that I needed. All the girls that work there are always super friendly and professional.

This was my first visit to an eye doctor in decades. All the staff were very friendly and I never felt pressured to purchase additional product. The examine seemed comprehensive and was well explained. Even so, I looked up the technical terms/abreviations online and feel well informed about my exam. Dr. Pritchard was very informative and easy to understand. I highly recommend him and his staff!

The office environment is always clean with a nice aesthetic. The staff is friendly and efficient. The whole office runs like a well oiled machine. I love that I can get in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend to anyone!!

Made an appt with them for my anual diabetic exam and I have zero complaints. Everyone is very nice and attentive. My doctor took the time to go over my results and went over any questions I had. They have a very big selection of glasses too.

The service here truly impressed me. Despite their busy schedule when I arrived, they ensured I was seen promptly. Dr. Sparks was exceptionally helpful and attentive, providing top-quality care. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming.
