This was my first visit. They had the sweetest lady. She made me feel very comfortable. I was able to pick my glasses and loved them. I came back in an hour and they done. I see great with the glasses and they felt good on. The biggest thing out of this is I was in a wheelchair and the service was outstanding. I would recommend this company to everyone. Have not been here in years because of course when I hit college self care goes out the window, but I was immediately greeted by everyone upon entering and was patiently helped, asked questions to find the proper price range for getting my frames and was given enough space to search comfortably. Was greeted by another woman upon picking them up and was complimented on my looks as I checked out. Everyone was genuine and polite. This was a refreshing experience in customer service. I believe Breanna and Angela were the two ladies I was in conversation with- amazing ladies!

Eyemart Express has done very well, especially with the customer service end of the business. The industry needs to keep up with the technology a little better. I would think that everyone would be happy to pay the extra SMALL charge to get the style they want in their size. Limited choices because of manufacturer limitations should not be an issue. Style charge added to material charges should be the only limit to overcome.
