Needed to get my husband new glasses and he absolutely hates leaving the house. He had a great experience with the virtual eye exam but the best part was working with Aaron! He helped pick out some great glasses and worked very diligently on making sure we got the best deal on both pair of glasses. And to Aaron's boss, he deserves a major raise! He had us feeling extremely comfortable and laughing like we were just a group of friends hanging out! Thank you, Aaron, for being so AWESOME!!!!

I just got out of my exam at Stanton optical with the assistant sales manager Aaron Campbell; a very nice and genuine guy who did an exceptionally thorough and professional job helping me. He was funny and friendly and I really felt like he cared about what happened to me after I left. He took extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the long distance exam process and to help me select the perfect frames and lenses; and he made sure I got the best deal on what I needed. Great experience, I will definitely be coming back to this office and I highly recommend it!

I'm just gonna say Aaron was horrible! Made my teenage son feel uncomfortable and self conscious about picking out glasses stating that one of my son's favorite pairs made him look like he had a unibrow! I seen an eye testing performed by him and one performed by Iris and they were completely different! Iris did amazing with our order part but Aaron was horrible!!! Ps Owasso location!!!

My son broke his frames and I was able to walk right in and Aaron got his lenses switched out to a new set of frames at no charge. He even tightened the arms for a better fit. Quick and no hassle. I appreciate the warranty that covers frame damage.

The gentleman working were sub par when it came to professionalism. I originally was told my glasses would be ready within two days since they had the frames. Arrived two days later, I was told to wait for a text or call about them. Not a big deal, I waited. I receiving a call almost 10 days later that my glasses were ready. I showed up and they put someone else's glasses and prescription with my name on it. I asked for a refund but was told they could have them ready within 30 minutes. I waited almost another hour. The glasses still didn't fit quite right & I asked them to fix them. I was told that they cut the glasses a tad small for the frames to I needed to be careful. I then asked for another refund, I was refused. I finally gave up & left. I now have glasses that don't fit right and I'm out 80 something dollars. Worst experience I ever had at Stanton. I've been using them for 4-5 years but I don't think I'll be returning.
