I had my first appointment today and it was an excellent experience! The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful. Everything ran smoothly and Dr. McIntosh was very kind, helpful, and professional. Any additional procedures or other unique additional costs were all clearly addressed at appropriate points as well, which I so appreciated as healthcare in general can be so ambiguous and often seems to catch us off guard with unexpected costs. Very grateful for Thomas Eye Care's expertise and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

We just relocated to a new state, so we had to find all new providers for our family. I am SO SO thankful kful and happy we found Dr. Thomas! She is absolutely wonderful. I think she gave me the most thorough, detailed eye exam I've ever had in my life and paid attention to the little things, spent the time with me to really finesse the smallest of changes/improvements on my prescription. From the moment I walked in, during waiting, the appointment and frame selection I felt welcomed, comfortable and almost "at home" if that makes sense. Thank you, all of you ladies, for such a fantastic experience!

The doctor is great...Staff, not so much. I called to make an appointment with his office today and was advised that I would have to leave a deposit in order to do so my account has been noted as my being a no-show on several occasions through this year and I'd only had one appointment during the snow that was canceled. Obviously, this practice does not have appropriate management and follow through and should be approached with caution. I spoke with Nicky (spelling) on the phone who seemed to be very flippant and didn't really care about the service or lack there of their practice offered. The very first interaction I had with this practice was positive. I can't say the same for subsequent interaction. It is much easier to keep a customer than get a new one. Very sad that Nicky doesn't agree.
