Erica is extremely rude any time you talk with her, on the phone or in person. I had my frames less than 3 months, frames that were supposedly "higher end" when picking them out, and the adhesive gave out on the arms. I returned in store and was rudely greeted by Erica who said someone would call me if they were back ordered, no call was made. I called to request information and was once again rudely greeted by Erica who said "I told You it would be at least a week before they were here! We have to order them!" I responded By saying I was simply asking if they were back ordered or if they had been ordered because my current glasses are not my prescription, and her attitude was unnecessary, once again she hateful my says "it will be at least a week, someone will call you, BYE!" Erica, hope your day gets better! Might wanna find a new job where greeting and handling people isn't your profession.

Dr. Hagen is the most thorough optometrist I have ever been to. She is kind and communicative. As squeamish as I am about my eyes, this was by far the least unpleasant experience ever. She ran a comprehensive battery of tests, located the problem and recommended the next appropriate steps. Her staff is friendly, helpful, professional and communicative as well.
