I always get personalized and thorough care from Dr Hatfield. She's very proactive with eye health and genuinely cares for her patients.

The staff here was great. I felt that all of my questions were addressed and I was listened to from beginning to end of my appointment.

We love Dr Hatfield!!! She is an amazing optometrist and person... Her staff is always professional and polite, we wouldn't go anywhere else...

They will milk every dime they can out of you. Tons of extra charges. My script isn't right, I cannot see anything till about 6 ft away. Called for another option and now they are going to charge me another "refitting" fee. If you don't mind spending money, then they are great.

Dr Hatfield was so nice and easy to talk to. When we was doing the exam she explained in detail what she was doing and why it is necessary to do the test.. Her staff was so pleasant when I first walked through the door until the very end finding the perfect glasses. She took the time with me and I never felt rushed. I have had to take my glasses in a couple of times and they fixed them right on the spot. Thank you Dr Hatfield and staff for all you do for your patients.

Love this clinic. Dr. Hatfield spent nearly a full hour with me as she did my exam. She provides unmatched one-on-one care, which can be hard to find with medical care these days. The care and compassion she has for each of her patients is obvious! Her staff allowed me ample time to choose my glasses and gave honest feedback for how each frame looked on my face.

Dr. Hatfield was professional and friendly. Her staff was exceedingly patient with me as I took a long time finding the perfect pair of glasses. They even ordered in a special pair but when I decided to go with another pair they were very gracious about my indecisiveness.

The entire staff is great. The person that helped me pick glasses (I'm sorry I forgot your name) was super helpful and I was able to pick amazing frames in record time. I didn't even plan on buying them but she was able to interpret my insurance so quickly I was able to get some with no sales pressure at all.. Dr. Hatfield is so nice, knowledgeable and was the icing on the cake. Thank you for being so awesome everyone! ***UPDATE** I got bifocals and thought it was biggest mistake of my life! I couldn't see anything that was counter height or lower. I realized I had "cheated" on my eye exam so I went back in to have the recheck they recommended on my new glasses. Got an updated RX for the bifocal and I am so glad I did! They turned out to be exactly what I had hoped they'd be! So happy with my new glasses. I'm a little miffed that I spent $300 AFTER insurance and didn't get any cleaning cloth or kit. That small detail just reminded me why I buy glasses online for less than half the price with no insurance.
