The staff there is incredible they let my dog come in who had to go to the vet that day so she was with me. And then the receptionist even helped me pick out my glasses and told me which ones looked good on me. They were so friendly and fast may I mention! I cannot wait to get my pretty glasses in a couple of weeks!!!

Was well taken care of as soon as we stepped in the door, they made sure we had drinks and treats while waiting.
Our appointment was set for 11:40am, it's currently 2:44pm.
They've probably had about 100 people come through today, during the free eye exam/glasses. So I give them props for their kindness and patience especially with how packed this place has been.
I can't really review my experience without having the exam. I will come back to do so, I just wanted to comment on what has been my experience during a "promotion" weekend.
Also the little puppy dogs that they had roaming around this morning were so cute, I'm adding an extra star just for them.

I broke my only glasses and I was panicking. I am so thankful for everyone at Keys Eye Care. They got me an appointment for an exam within a day and were so helpful they even found frames for my current lenses so I can see while we wait for my new ones to be made. Dr. Williams and his staff are all very kind and caring. This was the most thorough eye exam I've ever received. Highly recommended if you need glasses or an eye exam!
