I've been seeing Dr. Butner and his staff for years. They have never once let me down and always go out of their way for their patients!! Hands down the best doctor and staff!

Went here for the first time this last week. First off, the visit was great, took a little long to get in and out but whatever. I was told the glasses would be here in 7-8 days and it took 2 weeks, more like 7-14. When they called to tell me it was ready, I was asleep and my girlfriend answered (the one who made the appointment in the first place) They call for a pick up time, to know when you can pick up your glasses. When my girlfriend told her a time the lady was very rude and stated "Marcus has to be here why is he not giving me a time?" How rude and disrespectful, if my significant other can tell you my ssn before i could, i'm pretty sure she can schedule a time for me to get glasses. Glad to know how they act though. Now i have to tell my gf she was right, they aren't a good choice, but hey atleast she'll love hearing those words

The lady in the back has a really bad attitude.

My glasses were never right. Cost over $700. Kept telling them. They said my brain had to adjust. They would not replace them.

Awesome Dr. and staff. Very helpful.
