Staff, Sara particularly, does not follow through on phone calls or return calls and voicemails. Almost TWO weeks of unreturned phone calls. Contacts not ordered prior to leaving on vacayz Insurance placed on hold without contacts being ordered. Trial contact and contact orders are not entered promptly and take extended periods of time to arrive (4-6 weeks). Eye wear selection is small and costly. Due to all the issues, I asked for my scripts for both contacts and glasses. Both scripts were written INCORRECTLY by Dr. Moore. Excuse after excuse with no apology and constantly inaccurate. It took THREE visits to the office for them to get the correct script for my eyes. They do not put accurate notes in office reports. They make excuses and do not offer apologies.

I have a 5 and 6 year old who break their glasses regularly. As long as the dr has the same pair in stock, they will switch out lenses for $20. But the most recent we weren't even charged! They are always friendly and ready to help in anyway. Not to mention great with kids! And they have glasses that fall under soonercare insurance.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable experience from the front desk to emergency exam to check out. Found everyone to be genuinely caring and focused on my issues. We have found our optometrist as we return to Vinita.
