My husband and I stopped in the other day to look for new frames. We were greeted by Tashae who went over options and pricing and also offered to repair my existing glasses. Thanks Tashae for the great service and making my existing frames more comfortable until I can get in again to replace them.

Hi, the other day I was walking by and decided to drop in as I need new glasses next month. I was met by a young lady named Tashae. She was very professional, I explained to her that I usually order my glasses online. She said that they actually have better pricing than online once you add all the things you need. She also showed me how my glasses don't really fit me and how they will align the lenses better. She gave me pricing on the features I was looking for progressive lenses, tint etc. Also I have one ear slightly lower than the other, she said they will adjust that so my glasses don't sit crooked on my face. I'll be buying my glasses there in March.

I came in on a busy Sunday afternoon inquiring about contact lenses. Samina was eager to help. She even fit me in for an appointment fitting and eye test between her other booked appointments. I felt quite comfortable and not rushed. She answered all my questions and was able to get trials. I liked how she was able to submit my claim in my insurance right away. She was delightful. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. I also appreciate the affordable prices on the contacts. Most definitely recommend and will be back in the future.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain the entire process and really listen to my needs. Although the frame selection isn't the biggest, there are good options to choose from. The lens quality is top-notch, and their pricing and promotions are always great.

I can't recommend this place enough. Kristi and Tashae made me feel so welcomed and cared for while I tried on every pair of glasses in the shop lol! They were so patient and so lovely. If you're looking for an opticians, Specsavers is the way to go. I've used them my whole life in Ireland and I'm so happy they're here in Canada now. They are the best value that can't be beat.
