I visited this location of Vision Clinic awhile back ago to purchase my first pair of progressive lenses. The staff member who helped me was friendly and personable, though he appeared to be relatively inexperienced with fitting progressives. Unfortunately, the frames I was sold did not fit well, and they ended up being the most expensive glasses I've ever purchased, at approximately $1,300. When I returned to the store to address the fit issue, the owner was polite and did allow me to exchange the frames, which I appreciated, although it was made clear that this was considered a one-time courtesy. Later, when I needed a second pair of glasses, I chose to go through my optometrist instead. They were able to order the same frames and progressive lenses for roughly half of what I paid here, which highlighted a significant price difference. Overall, while the staff was friendly and accommodating in some respects, my experience raised concerns about value and fitting expertise.

I've tried the large chains, then found this gem of a store around 2014 and have never went anywhere else. Bought my last three pairs of glasses and one set sunglasses here. They have great selection, excellent service and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff! I'd give 6 stars if I could, highly recommend!

I visited the Burlington Vision Clinic for an eye exam and had an excellent experience. The staff were welcoming, the exam was thorough, and everything was clearly explained. The optometrist was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I also purchased glasses and they were ready in few days. I'm very happy with the quality of care I received--definitely recommend! I will be returning there again

I am a new customer of Vision Clinic & now have no reason to go elsewhere. Before finding Vision Clinic, I was very dissatisfied with my other optometrist's service and looking for a fresh start at a new provider. The staff at Vision Clinic were all very kind, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking to book an eye exam then later order contact lenses. The optometrist Dr. Maria Sanchez that completed my eye exam here was very good. The woman at the front desk was also very kind, helpful & knowledgeable as she assisted me with finding a new brand of contact lenses for a reasonable price, as well as provided me with a week's worth of trial lenses to test them out before purchasing. I would highly recommend this optometrist to others look for great service & products!

I've been going here for over a decade for eye exams and glasses. For my most recent visit, I called in to see if it was possible to replace the lenses in my favourite Prada sunglasses. They told me to pop in and they replaced them on the spot for a great price. Staff is always so friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. Great selection of eyewear.

I got all of my glasses from here and I'm extremely happy with all my experiences. The eye exams are very thorough and professional, and they always have great offers for frames and lenses. Everything is done quickly, and the staff is so friendly!!
