I had gone in with some inflammation and irritation in my left eye, and was way overdue for an overall examination. I was lucky to get a last minute opening. From the time I arrived, the staff was professional and caring. My experience with Dr. Stoumbos was as close to perfect as one can get. She spent time listening, which is so rare in today's medical field. She did a professional and thorough exam and gave me practical advice for how to improve eye health in the long run. I'm happy to say that the irritation is gone. I was a new patient, but now I'm a patient for life.

The doctor was great. The downside was my appointment was at 3:40. I was checked in efficiently. I got to the room about ten minutes later. I had a person do a basic check and applied my eyes dilated, etc. she told me that it would be about twenty five minutes or so. An hour and a half later the doctor came in. An hour and a half waiting in the small room. That wasn't fun.

Doctor Stoumbos is the Best of the Best in all areas of Ophthalmology! Her knowledge and expertise is immediately apparent. I am a senior and she has been so kind, seeing me through cataract surgery, and finding early macular degeneration. And I am truly grateful that she accepts Medicare insurance!

I had an appointment with this Dr. last week. I arrived 15 minutes early. I was taken back to the exam room on time and the tech checked my vision. Then I waited 1 hr and 20 min. Still no Dr. I was told "there were alot of emergencies and they got behind". When I asked how much longer I would have to wait, I was told "another 20 to 30 minutes" because there were 3 more people ahead of me. I gave up and rescheduled with another Dr. that I 've never seen before. I REALLY miss Oregon Eye Physicians. I wish they hadn't been bought out by Eyehealth NW. They are just too big.

I scheduled a routine eye examination and was seen by Dr. Stoumbos. As someone who is generally uncomfortable with doctor visits, I was very pleased with her approachable demeanor and down to earth explanations. I usually get frustrated with medical lingo that I rarely understand, that was not her style at all! Also, she was able to detect the source of another ailment I had that I believed was totally unrelated to my eyes, what a relief. So refreshing to have a empathetic doctor and not a robot!!
I will now only see Dr. Stoumbos and have recommended her to all my friends and family. She was outstanding....10 stars!

Very unprofessional office. I showed up for a morning appt. Waited in a room with the lights off and door shut for over an hour ...no one came in
to say The Dr will be right in not one word. After an hour and a half I walked out through the office and not one person looked up to acknowledge. I left!
Complete waste of time. They did not deserve even one star.
