I had a quick, and to the point eye exam that may have been the most effecient I've had. No going back and forth on trying new products or having to test new contacts. If what worked before is preferred and the prescription had not changed, it made for an easy eye exam. Where this shop shines is their optician who fits for frames. Erica was fabulous! She took the time to pick out different styles, made great recommendations, and made sure the fit and look was a match for me. I truly appreciated her customer service and taking the time to find the best frames for me. Overall the time spent in the exam and shop was very fast. I'm very impressed!

This was the first real eye exam I've ever had. Yearly I have one done with the military, but it is just a very basic eye chart. The office is beautiful and the front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The exam went smoothly and Dr. Bates was very knowledgeable. Leading up to meeting the doctor, the tech answered all my questions and explained what the machines do. Dr. Bates was able to provide me clear answers that were backed with research to my questions. He was professional and friendly. Overall a very nice office, experience and highly recommend.
