At my first appointment it was explained to me that for a fee that "insurance won't cover" I could have a digital procedure to scan my retina vs having my eyes dilated. It's directly on the intake form to check a box if you decline the digital procedure. I clearly checked the box to decline the service. At no point in the exam was any procedure explained to me what it was, I went through the entire appointment for an updated prescription for the doctor to tell me that my vision was "improved" and that I should change my diet to add more greens and fish into it. I was never asked about my diet. I eat fish every other day and greens every day. I was then told at check out that I owed the fee for the retina scan when it was still marked clearly on my form that I didn't want it, and because nothing in the appointment was explained I still have no clue when the service was performed. My prescription is inaccurate, I was charged for a service I said I didn't want, and the advice I was given was beyond unhelpful. I will never return here and I will advise people against going here.

The doctor is great but her staff has gone way down hill. The person who adjust glasses doesn't speak English well and they are not accommodating. Unfortunately they need to go back to previous help or new help

All the gals who work in the front of office are so friendly, welcoming, and kind! They helped me find a pair of glasses I really liked when I was very indecisive and gave me honest opinions. I wish I could remember their names but they were all great, including the finance lady who gave me lots of options so I could find one to fit my (low) budget. The doctor was very professional and gave me advice on what to do for seasonal allergies that are affecting my eyes. I'm so glad I chose this office as my eye doctor on a whim!

Staff was terrific. Dr. Zapodeanu to time to explain procedures and what information they would provide. She listened to my frustrations and concerns and gave me great information. The technology used provided amazing pictures and was very thorough in giving a clear picture of what issues I'm dealing with. Most thorough exam and best experience in a while.

Loved my experience at this office. Arrived an hour early by mistake and she managed to fit me into her busy schedule. She ensured I understood all issues that were going on with my vision and provided vitamin supplements that could reduce the progress. Additionally, she asked if I had any questions, which is rare given my experience.

Very professional, clean helpful eye care. Easy to schedule, efficient appointment with thorough eye testing. Great location, friendly, helpful staff highly recommend!

By far the best place for all your eye needs! Dr Adina, Amy and Rebecca are all friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. I have a complicated prescription and have only positive things to say after 3 years with them! Prices are very competitive even without insurance and they always are great with the kiddos. Would recommend to anyone!
