Top notch doctors but you can never get a hold of the office on the phone, you can see only ever leave a message. They might get back to you in a few days. But if you can't answer the phone then you have to call in again and wait another couple days or so. Also you have to wait 5 minutes to get through the maddening, insanely long voicemail blah blah blahing to leave a message. I support multi-lingualism but there should be a number you can press to get right to leaving a message. Again, great medical staff but if you're a busy person, it can be impossible to get anything you need from the office. Very frustrating.

Jules Bryan did my eye exam she was the best addressed all my problems. Dr. Avisado was aight I like her style and she give me contact lens good Update: Dr. Avisado has been upgraded from aight to 10/10

I'm not sure what happened with some of these reviews but I had an excellent experience. I was even given eye drops for my eyes that any other place says I can just get them OTC which is true but when you're a single Mama on a VERY tight budget every penny counts. They were thorough and explained each step of the exams. I can't wait for my New Glasses Thank you Pacific Eye Care

I really appreciate my provider. Dr. Kundart has been wonderful! I have hEDS, and I felt so welcomed and understood . I don't even mind riding the max from Gresham area to be seen here. The front desk staff are pleasant. The woman who helped with my glasses was amazing. The clinic is clean and bright. I don't understand the negative reviews. Everyone has been so wonderful every time I've been out here.

I paid for my contacts with a HSA account, which requires a receipt to prove it was a medical expense. They wouldn't provide me with a copy when I got my contacts, but promised to email me one. I've called numerous times (where they either promise to email me or I just can't get anyone to answer) and have gone in numerous times, and they still fail to provide one. I will never go back and recommend you don't either. To not even be able to provide your clients with a receipt is absurd. Awful customer service.

I've now left 3 messages over the last week and a half, no return call. First two messages about setting up an appointment to order new glasses, and the third simply to get my prescription that is on file so I can go order them somewhere else, they apparently don't need my business. I get that staffing might be less than before, but it doesn't take much to at least call me back.

So very disappointed with interactions or the lack thereof. My initial exam was back in Dec 2021. I understand the issues with delayed service, however there have been 3 eye exams to get the correct Rx. Students do the exam without the Dr. checking in on them. That was my experience on three occasions. The last student got it right. After "6 months" of waiting for the (PAID for) product to be in my hands, I'm still waiting. I have had to go to office to obtain status. The other issue is lack of follow up on status. Over 6 months I have left approximately 10 voicemails. I have had 1 return call and pertained to something else. No return calls has occurred several times. For example, I left a voicemail last Wednesday, no call back yet - it's been a week. What seems to be happening is they continue to take in clients and are overwhelmed and are unable to care for first clients. It would be a great idea to attend to waiting clients, resolve there issues then take on what can be handled on there end. I would NOT RECOMMEND this business

It would have been great to know where to park ahead of time for a first time customer!! It would have also been great to know how long the appointment would take. We were there 2.5 hours, which is a VERY long time for an autistic child who had an overwhelming amount of anxiety waiting that long. Friendly staff, but all else inconvenient. Receptionist was in a personal call behind the desk complaining of workload due to low staffing, which could explain why they took so long to answer my call when I tried to make the appointment in the first place.
