Terrible. I came in for an eye exam on November 15th, ordered two pairs of glasses same day, was told they would be shipped to me free of charge.
A month later, no glasses. I call them up and they tell me that they never shipped them, as promised. They offered to ship them and I should receive them in five days. Nine days later, I randomly received the receipt for my glasses purchase, but no glasses.
And they won't answer the phone so I can't even inquire as to where my glasses even are.
I'm about ready to report the charge as fraud.
