I was so happy with my appointment. The staff are super friendly and efficient. There was no wait time when I arrived, I was taken back right away. The Doctor was friendly, explained my results to me thoroughly and updated my prescription with precision. My glasses/contacts never seem to be just right but his place did. Every staff member I interacted with was top notch. Making an appointment online was fast and easy, as was filling out paperwork ahead of the appointment to further save time. I was so happy with how my appointment went that I came home and immediately made an appointment for my Husband. I will definitely be recommending this office to anyone of need of vision care.

Everyone was kind, patient, and helpful, from the check-in receptionist, to the pre-testing assistant, to the doctor, to the eyeglasses associates in the store. Dr. Truong was especially great and really listened to my concerns and got me the solution I needed. Rose, the store associate who helped me, was pleasant and great to work with, making sure everything went smoothly.
