Integrated Eye Center

Dr. Gregg is Amazing! Starting with his front desk, Tiffany is super sweet and efficient. Today I missed my follow up appointment. When Tiffany called, she offered me an appointment just 2 hours forward. Thank you, Tiffany! Dr. Gregg completed my cataract surgery on the right eye two weeks ago. The improvement to my eyesight is overwhelming. Also, his office staff in the LO location contributed to the overall success. And finally, I must say Dr. Gregg's operating facility is first class. A high level of attention which I very much appreciated. If feel very fortunate to be under Dr. Gregg's care for the rest of my life!!!

I had my second cataract surgery yesterday. Amazing eyesight already. I'm so grateful to be under the care of Dr. Greg....thank you Sir! And the hospital facility is top notch. It was a wonderful experience. I would also like to thank Dr. Greg's Canby staff especially TIFFANY and Kandra, and Kayla

Everything went smoothly, everyone was friendly and polite. Dr. Gregg was knowledgeable and helpful. He kept it simple and didn't push anything unnecessary.

Failing grade at this point! Called three times to schedule an appointment. This has happened before! So I am now going to Canby Eye center. Their customer service is in the toilet! Bye, bye

While I love supporting local businesses, I went here because of my insurance. I try to support our community and hate writing a review such as this. But want community to know my experience! I wanted new glasses because I didn't like my transitions. I've usually gone to our local place but tried this one due to my insurance this year. The staff and doctor was amazing at first. I'm glad to get a good exam. But when I ordered my glasses it was because I did my not want a change in color- so when I called after getting my glasses and with the 30 day warranty and said this is yellow tint is hurting my eyes they just laughed! instead of staff helping me- or explaining they were unhelpful and didn't explain anything. did in the end get a refund but the doctor and staff were so inpatient they just refunded me without explanation or sending back to fix the error. Why they have a warranty of 30 days? so confusing and last just if staff was kinder it would have been ok. I went back to local doctor in town and had my glasses redone! I do not recommend this company! I think staff are great maybe understaffed.I am happy to just resume my favorite local eye doctor and pay out of pocket who got my glasses done in two weeks. They are perfect and no tint! I would not have posted this review if it hadn't created additional appointments in which I had to take time off work.

I've been going to Integrated Eye Center for about 8 years now and have received the best of care. Dr. Gregg always takes to ask me about my family (remembering them by name even!), all the while paying attention to the details of my medical history and vision while under his care. And that's all great ... but then there's the STAFF! What a bunch of fun-loving, professional ladies! They always greet me with a warm smile and bend over backwards to accommodate my needs. You can tell they love their job, and that says a lot about Integrated Eye Center right there. :)

They sent me a postcard I need to make an appointment. I have called 3 times and left messages and they did not call back.
