Ophthalmology & Optometry - The Corvallis Clinic

My entire family has been a patient here for multiple years. In the last year, I have now removed every one of us from this practice. Doctors are all quitting. Contact consultation is no longer available and they canceled multiple appointments with no explanation. Very, very disorganized and unprofessional. Corvallis Clinic has lost our business which included multiple doctors for four different people.

Went to Dr. Sally Bird for years and was very happy with her. When she retired I started seeing Dr. Webber. I wish that someone would of told me that Dr. Webber was no longer there. It will take over 4 mounts to get in to see a new Doctor after waiting 4 months to see Dr. Webber.

It's when a situation becomes challenging that a business often shows its true colors. My reading glasses were long overdue to arrive. The Corvallis Clinic Optometry staff apologized for the delay and immediately went to work to seek an answer. After several calls it was found that the lens company had dropped the ball and it would be at least a couple more weeks before my glasses were ready. So, what did the Corvallis Clinic do after five weeks of keeping me posted? They paid for my frames and lenses! Not expected, nor necessary, but it was how they chose to handle my specific situation. Keep up the great customer service, and know that I will recommend The Corvallis Clinic Optometry to others.

Friendly Optometric and Ophthalmology Clinic. Dr. Weber is superb and thorough. They won't oversell you on exams and items you don't need, which I appreciate. Long-time, satisfied customer.

Personable. Friendly. Thorough. Explains any changes in vision or eye disease in easy to understand terms. Treated my young daughter as if her own. Knows when to refer.
