Made an appointment on August 19th for September 30th. Appointment was at 10:00 a.m.. I showed up at 9:50 a.m.. the receptionist was friendly. I waited in the waiting room along with five other people for over an hour. At 11:00 a.m. I was taken into the exam room by the technician and given all the standard vision tests and what not. She was not the friendliest. She seemed annoyed to be there but whatever. She told me that the wait would be a while because there were several other patients before me. I continued to wait in the exam room for an additional 45 minutes. At that point I had had enough and I left. Who keeps their patients waiting for 2+ hours for their appointment? So unprofessional. I'm pretty sure there was only one doctor today and there were so many patients there. I walked out without informing anybody. The receptionist was busy and I didn't feel like standing around and waiting even longer to explain why I was leaving. Nobody called me to see where I was. No one called to apologize. Nothing. So disappointing. So I don't know if the doctor was any good. I don't know if the the eye care I would have received would have been any good. I really needed this appointment and now I'm going to have to start from square one and get a new referral and find a new doctor. Such a waste and such a shame.

The staff were very polite, and kind, (like in a Thailand way, if you have been there you know what I mean). Definitely would recommend for getting your eye exam here.

They don't answer the phone. Your chastised for coming in for eyeglass adjustment without appointment. Not picked on, they chastised the next guy in the door too.. All while no one in waiting room. Sure hope they can refit these frames or ill be forced to buy glasses elsewhere. THEY JUST DONT FIT

Hello, generally my experience was satisfactory, however the doctor who conducted my exam didn't take a lot of time with me. I know from a previous visit to another eye care doctor in Eugene that I have the beginning of cataract but not ready for removal. The doctor here didn't mention it. When I got my glasses The doctor over corrected my vision. I was told to wear them a week and come back later if my eyes had not adjusted to the new prescription. When they didn't I again saw the same doctor who over corrected my vision. Again he didn't take much time with me as he dialed in the correct measurements for my new glasses. He acknowledged he had over corrected for my vision during the first visit and upon his departure from the exam room he never offered an apology for the inconvenience I incurred as a result of his examination. Everyone has bad days so I'm giving this doctor the benefit of any doubts I had about his competency and/or demeanor. The rest of the staff were gracious and accommodating, especially the woman who fit my new glasses after the second exam. As a result of this experience I am transferring my business to another eye provider in Eugene. Thank you for the service I received and wish the staff and doctors at Pacific Clear Vision in Cottage Grove office success in their endeavors.

This was a great experience for my child as well as me. As a mom it is important for my daughter to feel comfortable at the doctor. And i will tell you this place is full of kind and compassionate professional people. All the way from reception, the nurse, the doctor (i wish i could remember the ladys name) and the wonderful lady that helped pick out the glasses each person was warm and friendly. The doctor was so knowledgeable and sweet. The nurse Rachael was exceptional each step of her exam testing. She couldnt have been more attentive while she helped my daughter. Highly recommend this establishment

First visit here. So we'll see how it goes with getting the whole family in. But my first impression was a very good one. Staff was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We were very pleased with Dr. Bautista years back when my son developed a spot on his eye and I'm happy to have found him here now and at more convenient location.

The ladies at the front desk are so kind and got me in right away when i had a unexpected eye scare. The dr was very nice, knowledgeable and professional!! I couldn't ask for more. I really couldnt be happier with this office and everyone in it. I am happy to have found your office Thankyou!!!

Absolutely Horrid experience, From the staff all the way up, is this even actually an Eyecare? It seems as if it was just Thrown together without even a thought as to how to run it. No idea as to how this place has lasted this long let alone even how the staff there came to be hired.
