Took advantage of a "two for $40" offer to get new readers for a new prescription. They were ready in 35 min.s, but I had to leave first and pick them up later. When fitting them, the tech. noticed a chip on one lens that I had not seen. She took them back to be repaired, but again I had to leave before they were done. They are quick, but I had other errands. They mailed me the second pair so I didn't have to return. We had already fitted both pairs, so they were comfortable. Great service.

So long story short my daughter had broken her glasses the night before (about a half hour after I finished up Christmas shopping), and had already used her insurance amount for the year a few months ago. I walked into the store and was greeted as Allyson (I believe he name is) walked up to us. She helped immediately. She looked at ALL options and found me discounts. She not only got my daughter the glasses she has to have to see but actually got her the glasses she's wanted for years, she helped me even get scratch protection and blue light protection (which is a must for a teen). Not to mention she had them ready within an hour. Allyson was hands down the most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of having help me out in any line of service. I will never go to another optometrist again. Allyson single handily got a whole family to be customers for life.
