Staff was very friendly and punctual. Before I had even walked away for the check-in desk someone was there to take me to an exam room. Dr. Carlson was also great and very knowledgeable. She made observations I had never had an optometrist share with me about my eyes before. Great place that I've already recommended to friends and will be returning to for my next exam.

I was very satisfied with my examination. Dr. Luiso is very professional, informative, and seems to really care about his patients. He listened and answered all my questions. I felt his examination was very thorough.
I only gave 4 stars because I feel the selection for glasses frames is limited. Not a lot of difference. I have been a customer of Rainbow Optics for many years and I feel the selection available was much better a few years ago than it is now. I feel like if you have to go around with these things on your face, you should have something that you like and is somewhat attractive, and not necessarily like everyone else is wearing.

I know i have short patients and that can lead me to being abrasive, I know these things about me and made that pretty clear when told I need glasses, and the process of getting them right was torcher and I have not made their lives easier, that said they have been very professional and patiant with me witch made me want to be calmer and nicer to them, coming from me this is a giant compliment and a tribute to their professionalism, not something I can say about their competition, thank you Rainbow for your support and patients in a time of turmoil and agony on my part you have a client for life

Felt being cheated by Rainbow optics. I went in for a routine eye exam covered by VSP(even called before to ask them to check the eligibility). Met Dr Joey Luiso(new to me, the optomist I have been seeing retired), he did the same things as what I have done before, and found nothing in concerns. At the end during check out, they said it's a medical appointment and charged me $150 and required me to pay right away. They are just making money from customers the way they wanted, I would never go back for any services. Beware and be careful before you sign anything for any appointment!

Tried to get some info over the phone and they were busy they said. I understand that but after waiting on hold for 10+ mins and talking to 3 different people "oh can I put you on a quick hold". They said they needed an active Rx in their system to provide a price for contacts. Other places you can just look online, but not Rainbow Optics. Don't go local... go to Costco, they are better priced and better customer service.

There serves is bad every time I go there some of the workers not all just the desk folks I said I had an appointment and they just shoved papers in my face and told me to sign and I almost payed for a check up when I just needed glasses and the dude with the glasses that sits near the door always has attitude with me and my family. other rainbow optics are better than the one on w 18th I gotta say.
