February 23, 2026 DR. Robert Mann and all the staff are absolutely professional, very friendly and accommodating. They make me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The wait time was extremely minimal. At the end of my appointment the young lady who helped me pick out a new eye glasses frame and lenses knew exactly what I wanted and needed .I'm thankful she would be so very helpful. The cost was extremely fair and I look forward to picking my new glasses up in 2 or 3 weeks and at that time I'm going to order another pair for sun glasses only. Thank you all so very much

This is not a review of Dr. Mans or the front office staff. This is a review of the office manager, Sharon, who just 15 minutes ago had the audacity to inform me that she wouldn't let me order new contact lenses because I've yet to pick up my $600.00 eye glasses. When I told her I was going to have to wait on those due to the cost, she told me that I knew what they cost when I ordered them - thus implying that it's my fault that she can't allow me to order new contact lenses because I can't afford my eye glasses. That really just happened. Wow. Her level of unprofessionalism is remarkable and does the Florence Eye Care Center a great disservice. That Sharon believes it's okay to reply to me in the manner that she did indicates an utter lack of etiquette - and more importantly - integrity - and is more than enough to encourage me to seek eye care elsewhere. Great customer service! Visiting from out of state and had a glasses problem. The front office person helped me and was so kind! These folks should be sure to keep her!

Dr. Mans is skillful and caring. His office works seamlessly with Dr. Gilbert to provide care for cataract removal.

This has nothing to do with the Dr's. The office staff provided horrible service. When they couldnt seem to verify insurance they told me I needed to check on it. It took me all of 3 mins to do that. And I watched the office staff talk and say they are to busy, when in fact there was nobody else in the lobby. I left and will NEVER go back again. Watch out the office staff is HORRIBLE.
