Loved the doctor! But the real star is Tiffany. What a great personality. And she seems to really love what she does which makes the experience of picking out glasses and getting properly fitted even better. This location has so many frames to choose from in many different price ranges!
I have to say, Ron was very helpful in turning a negative experience into a positive outcome. Since August, I have had several issues with other local retail America's Best locations, as well as online. But this location, not just today but the three times we've come in, I feel this store is the only one that has truly tried to help me. Before coming in today, I was planning on returning all the pairs of glasses I had bought mostly due to my bad experience, but Ron was able to help me with one of them. I also was going to let my discount plan expire and never look back to America's Best, but due to my interaction with Ron today, I might continue it. Kerrigan was also a huge help the first time we came into the store, as well as other staff have tried to help when I was looking for specific temple length. Thank you Ron and staff, I very much appreciate your help. And if I do continue my discount plan, I will only come to the Tanasbourne location from now on!
Great place, the Store Manager helped us. He was professional and made the buying experience easy. If you have Kaiser as an insurance, come here. Plenty of frames to choose from and very reasonably priced. They even adjusted glasses that we didn't purchase there.
I visited a few weeks after the New Year to get myself some new glasses and exam. Although it was rather busy at the time, as a lot of people decided to go for "new year new glasses"! They were polite, the wait time wasn't too long, and I'm really happy with how quickly I was able to get my glasses and how polite and professional everybody was!
The lady at the front desk Tiffany is awesome, I definitely would recommend going here for glasses. Great stuff fun times they make the whole process easy. And we got our glasses back fast. We definitely will be going back.
This particular review is directed towards the assistant manager that was rude from the second I walked in the door.
I've never experienced anyone like her. She was loud. She was getting her point across that I was over the 90 days to exchange or have glasses replaced.
Literally told me 7 times that I was over the 90 days and that they She didn't feel comfortable replacing the glasses that I was not happy with.
OK when I called the Beaverton branch earlier that day, I was expressing that I wasn't happy with my glasses. But before I could explain my conversation with the other associate and the manager , the assistant manager went on and on also about how progressive glasses aren't for everyone. As she ramble on and on.....I expressed to her that I was approved from the manager that I will be able to have my glasses Replaced with instead of progressive that I would be able to have them made into readers Which at this point is totally fine with me and I was excited and extremely grateful when I walked in the door. Although it was $375 for the set of 3 pairs . I appreciate the one pair of glasses that were comped, but I was misunderstood when I came in to pick up the glasses TODAY that I was only getting one pair replaced with readers-That particular manager was so excited to call me when I left to let me know that she had called the manager that approved my replacement pair and she let me know that he was on vacation and that I was over the 90 days again. Again!
I was absolutely blown away ! Now we're going on 8 times that she was trying to make the point that I was Over the 90 days to have any glasses returned or exchanged. The point that she went out of her way to call me when I left the store to remind me again that I was over 90 days now is harassment . She was point blank, aggressive, and loud and she was going to let me know one last time for some odd reason. I never called to have my glasses comped only to see what my options were so for the other manager that approved my replacement should had been the end of it I thought.
I didn't call for a free glasses I want to make clear 10 times . I have the means to be able to pay for it and I have Insurance with optical. And I said that I would see if Americas best was available in my network. I give this branch an F for harassment from tge assistant manager.
And I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
Complete trash service, I called just like I did last week because it's been about two weeks since my son's appt. Going on three. I call to ask for an update and the employee who answered which WAS NOT Tiffany, shoutout to Tiff for having etiquette. Had no manners whatsoever, no customer service skills at all. She placed me on hold without saying please wait, just clearly was bothered and answered with no empathy. Straight trash service. I normally go to the Sunset Espande. Definitely never ever going anywhere else again. They don't represent well. Trash customer service, no communication, and don't care for the customers. I wish I could negative star them.
I wish all the locations were like this one. The optometrist was very thorough and I felt cared for instead of rushed like I was at the other two locations I've been to. I came in braced for a heavy handed sales pitch, and instead, the atmosphere was so positive and friendly with the front desk and sales staff -- it was genuinely refreshing! They even were willing to match prices for my contact lenses with an online competitor -- yet another thing the other locations were gruff about and unwilling to even try to accommodate. 10/10 highly recommend! This is the only location I'll go to from now on.
