I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The Optometrist and assistant were friendly and kind even though slammed busy on a Saturday. The front office ladies Dani and Aadina were INCREDIBLE!! These ladies BOTH took their time with me, BOTH working to find me the best pricing...they were also patient and personable and Aadina OFFERED to see if she could look into a way to save me EVEN MORE money and SHE SAVED ME OVER $100!! Whaaaa?! I left there extremely happy, a pair of glasses I LOVE and well taken care of. GO HERE!! So grateful

I've been going to America' Best Eyewear for over 20 years. Every time I go to get my eye glasses I'm always treated by the staff with respect and professionalism. Today, 02-05-2026, my vist was great, as always. But was even better. Dani, who helped me with the whole process. If I rate my visits in the past I would have to give the crew overall a 4.75 out of 5. But today I'd have to give Dani at 5+++

I would have given this place two stars if it wasn't for Dr. Torres. She's incredible, has excellent bedside manner, listens extremely well and explains things in perfect detail. She's an absolute pleasure to be around. It's too bad not all of the doctors there are like her. The office staff here is pleasant, the store is clean, and they do great with keeping your appointment on time. If it wasn't for the poor experience I had with a different doctor there, they would have five stars. I do understand though that people have bad days, we all have bad days, unfortunately my first impression with a different doctor was not the greatest. Luckily Dr. Torres satisfied my optical needs, and I highly recommend that if you make an appointment that you recommend her as your doctor. She's very meticulous, is an absolute expert and it shows.

I walked in 2 minutes before closing because my lenses had popped out of my frames and Nancy at the TV highway location had no problem still helping me. I felt so bad but they were super comforting and got the job done fast! Thank you Nancy , I no longer have to resort to wearing glasses/frames that are 7 years old because she happily fixed my new ones!

I went into America's best contacts and Eyeglasses, To get there 2 pairs of eyeglasses for $80. Whith the $80 deal you get a free Eye exam and right away after the exam you choose the 2 pairs of glasses you want no insurance needed you just pay the $80 and that's that. Employees there are friendly and very professional. It takes about 2 weeks for you to receive your new glasses.

I had an appointment at 9:40. When I arrived on time to my scheduled appointment, I was informed the doctor was not there and wouldn't be for another 20-30 minutes. They open at 9:00 am and didn't even reach out beforehand to inform me.

I make a spectacle of myself and it's like they totally see me for me ... a wildly punny eye baller 8^) (for reals yo! Continue below) I was late to 2 appointments (the same day) and they just smiled thru my inability to get anywhere "on time" let alone early aha! They are soooooooooo nice at this location....the Tigard store irritates the shiz-nit out of me pretty much 100%, the Hillsboro location?!? Seriously NICE A/F, everything about it, but especially every person directly involved while conducting business of any kind (exams, ordering and picking up contacts/glasses and even drop in frame adjustments) Totally different vibe. I'm all about the Esplanade =D

This is the best place to go for great customer service. I was unsure what would be the best eyeglasses for me and a wonderful woman named Kristine went above and beyond. She was patient and so understanding of my concerns. I will definitely be going here from now on. Thank you so much!
