Michael is awesome! He is personable, professional, patient and provided me with great customer service. After I picked out my frames, he provided detailed information of my options for the lenses and their cost to help me make my selections. He was also knowledgeable about the insurance process and itemized each cost so I knew what was not covered by my insurance. I am excited and look forward to receiving my new glasses.

My daughter and I had an appointment yesterday at the Imbrie location for her first eye exam and it couldn't have gone better. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and reassuring--so great with kids. They made the experience easy and stress-free for both of us. Highly recommend!

It's a pleasure to come into the Sunset vision Center. Whenever I've come in the staff is genuinely warm and welcoming and attentive, a small town atmosphere in a large city. I appreciated Ellyette's eye for seeing what actually looked best on me, it's nice having another perspective that's genuine. Good customer service! I'm excited to get my new glasses!

A huge THANK YOU is owed to Reyna for her help and understanding this weekend. I needed to get my brother some emergency contacts, and she was able to get me a trial pair that he is very happy with. We'll be coming back here for contacts and exams going forward.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Literally as soon as I walked in I had a wonderful experience. The staff is top notch and were very patient with me. You could tell they all genuinely enjoy their job. Special shout out to Elliot! She's the one who actually picked out the glasses I ended up with and I kid you not, when j went back to work, my students noticed my new glasses immediately and complimented them! Thank you all so, so much.

It was my first eye exam here in OREGON... it was a great TEAM that took care of me from the front desk to the eye assistant and finally to the doctor Chris whose Awesome with the exam going step by step with the process and answering all my questions thoroughly. I love this Eye clinic already

This is our second year visiting this business for our eye exam. As a family, we feel that their service and care is top notch. They are efficient and thorough. The best part is the staff (Marci) who guides and assists with our frame purchases. Marci has been our go-to for 2 years. She is honest and kind, and on top of all details regarding plan coverage, out of pocket costs, and what each vendor can provide for color options. She goes out of her way to assist with purchases to ensure every patient is happy with their new frames, or updates to existing. She is a stellar customer service provider and a nice wrap to our annual appointment! Thank you.

The staff is amazing! So friendly and welcoming. Always greeted with a smile and a hello upon arrival. So happy I found this location. It's clean and convenient , right off highway 26.
