Felecia, Luna, and Dr.Davis all provided an "over the top" experience for my girlfriend's appointment. Dr. Davis was thorough and caring, finding out that she needs cataract surgery which has been arranged. The girls were very thoughtful and friendly on helping her find her perfect frames. An overall great, positive experience. Strongly recommended by my GF, and myself.

Absolutely love these guys, you get professional service with a great attitude. Luna definitely knows her industry and Felicia is on top of her skills. The Dr.s are great personal and accurate. Recommend this location to anyone. Thank You! all for always doing a great job every time I go there.

Luna was amazing! She explained everything that i needed to know about when i was getting my glasses and everything else! She was super sweet and knew how to keep a customer happy! 5/5 stars definitely for Luna. I cant say the same unfortunately though for the rest of the visit. I was surpassed a number of times for my 1030am appointment on 11/29. I didn't get into my actual appointment until 1105 am. I don't know how many times i was skipped over but it showed me that getting into an appointment wasn't actually serious. I was 35 minutes passed my scheduled time. People walked in after me and got in before me. All of my paperwork had been filled out same day it was sent. So why i was skipped over i dont know. But it felt like all that mattered was my money and not actually taking care of the customer. I understand some appointments take time but when i was checked in on time, there for my appointment, glasses picked out, and then sitting there like a sitting duck just felt awkward. More like a cash grab then an actual appointment.

I had heard a few negative reviews of this America's best, but I did not have a bad experience at all. Instead, I had a great experience with a wonderful people. Luna was one of these people, and she informed me more about both glare resistant and extra durable lenses, which I decided to upgrade to. Fantastic service!

I felt like I get treated better at McDonald's. My time with the doctor was under 20 minutes, they rushed me in and out for getting my prescription, and made it even faster for getting my glasses "fitted" to my face. I had to adjust my glasses with hot water AT WORK to get them to not immediately fall off my head! I understand some people have bad days, weeks, etc. But this kind of treatment towards someone who just wants the ability to see?? No, this place is horrible. The people who "help" you get your frames "adjusted" just want you out of there ASAP. Please, please please don't go here unless you desperately need to. They'll get you through super quickly, but it won't be of any quality. They didn't account for my astigmatism at all, to where I could barely see in the dark, and my eyes couldn't adjust to my new "prescription" after 2 months, so I had to go to a new eye doctor.

I was highly recommended to America's best in Kaiser. I'm completely impressed with their quality of customer service. The gentleman who gave me my eye exam was informative as well as knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the examination. Luna helped me pick out a pair of new frames and gave me excellent customer service. I'm so excited to work with America's best and can't wait to get my new glasses

Went for a walk in appointment, got in really fast. Pretty quick with the eye exams, depending on your vision. Professional and friendly staff. Luna was very helpful with choosing lense extras, since my prescription is very strong. So the lenses wouldn't be heavy and thick. Definitely will go again.

My visit was brief but full of helpful information. Luna, the person I worked with, was incredibly patient and supportive, especially considering I had my kids with me. I appreciate how she made an effort to accommodate my needs and assisted me in choosing the perfect glasses and lenses for both work and personal life. Her kindness truly made the experience much more comfortable.
