If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter had an appointment start time of 1:35. We showed up early to check. Called back 20 minutes after appointment start, but honestly that was not a big deal. The problem was that 3:30pm was when Dr. Morris walked in to do the exam. He stated something like "I can do this in 3 min" to which he was pretty close. Walked out of the clinic at 3:38pm. Terribly unprofessional, canceled all future appointments.

It was my first time to visit this particular Doctor. The receptionists have always demonstrated good customer skills. The doctor assistants were informative and performed their tasks, explaining each test they were doing. The doctor was pleasant, insightful, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I am looking forward to returning and trusting him with my care. Thank you to Dr. Warner for his referral.

The front staff did not open on time. When they did arrive, the interaction felt unusually unfriendly, which added to the frustration.
Several staff members appeared to be dealing with illness or allergies, as they were repeatedly sniffling and snorting. This created an uncomfortable environment and raised concerns about cleanliness and professionalism. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future visits.

My appt with Dr Morris was 1:30. At 1:50 I was Taken into room for glaucoma test Went back to waiting room and about 10 minutes the attendant took me back to test tension level and various other things I then sat in the room for 40 minutes waiting for Dr Morris. He came in and I remarked about the long wait as the same thing happened at my March appointment His reply was I should try Walmart as he was taking care of problems.I asked if I booked earlier in the day would my appointment be more timely. He said not necessarily. I left at 4:00. Two and 1/2 hours for a quick appt to check eye tension! Dr Morris is a very good doctor but his rudeness and unwillingness to think about my uncomfortable long wait necessitates I find another eye care facility. Not Walmart as he suggested but a provider that values me.

It was a little frustrating. I showed up for my appointment on Monday, only to find out they never put me in the calendar, so they tried to fit me in on Tuesday. I showed up on time, only to sit in the waiting room for an hour. It appears this office is a little disorganized. But my money is promptly taken.
