Dr. Chad Bingham

Dr Bingham was very professional. However I think he was lack8ngn8n any bedside manner. I think professionalism should be blended with a warmth and maybe a sprinkle of humor. I have worked in medical offices for 20 years mainly as a front office/ receptionist. I worked for 2 years as a surgery scheduler for the most well regarded upper extremity orthopedic surgeon at Samaritan ,Dr Luis Vela. In all of these offices we managed a bit of levity. I think it sets patients more at ease as well. I understand the professional aspect is good,it is a serious profession and people's health should always be taken seriously.The medical assistants were warm and friendly. Perhaps my simple eye procedure was a bore for him but he barely showed concern or told me what to expect post procedure. I had to call to ask if extreme discomfort was normal.

My visit was very brief and efficient. The staff was very courteous and quick. I was in and out in 15 minutes. All paperwork was done online in advance. I appreciate any professional offices that are considerate of my time. The doctor and staff were very professional and confident. A real pleasure.

Second time I've gone to Dr. Bingham. Without fail, he and his staff made me comfortable and valued as a person. From experience, I anticipate my next surgery to go without problems.

Checking in with the receptionist took about 15min. then I was taken to a room only to wait more than 1 hr so Dr.Bingham can take 2-4 min in the room, prescribed meds and left the room. Meds were not called as promised and iI had to go back and forth with the pharmacy and the doctors office. NOT A GOOD FIRST EXPERIENCE

Smiling reception. No waiting room wait. Pleasant Medical Assistant interview. Dr Bingham was thorough, pleasant, took time with my issue.

Good surgeon as far as I can tell . Seems like new staff every time I go but that might not be unusual. I was seen on time and left within 30 minutes with the requested records in my hand .

I got into to his exam room quickly and he came in soon after. He and his staff were friendly and he explained the procedure that he will be doing on my eye next month so that I know what to expect.

Was my first visit. Dr Bingham was very informative and good at helping me with my choices. Him and his staff were very friendly and helpful.
