I have switched to Keizer Vision Source! Dr. MacRae provided me with an Excellent eye examination and new prescription for glasses. I can't believe the improvement in my vision with my new glasses! I was told by my previous vision clinic that I didn't need new glasses. Fortunately, I found Keizer Vision Source and Dr. MacRae!!

I love this place! Everyone here is so kind and accommodating. Make sure and ask for Jessica when you pick out your glasses, she is so nice.

5 Stars for Dr MacRae and team. They rescued my eyes after getting infected from extended contact wearing (my fault) and urged me to ditch the overnight contacts. They gladly take Moda Health insurance for medical issues. The eye exams go very smoothly as they use the most up to date technology and their optometric assistants are trained well too. No more pupil dialation. I am also very impressed they are able to adjust your glasses quickly and accurately. And they even help you pick out new frames when you need help deciding. Pro tip - try to plan for the twice annual sale ~ new years and Mid May for a competitive pricing on your new frames and lenses. Never going back to the warehouse store again, no matter how inexpensive they may be - it's just not worth your eye health - I now trust Keizer Vision Source to provide excellent eye care for my family.

I received great care and attention. The tech did the preliminary screening with skill and efficiency, and Dr. MacRae did a thorough exam and a great job explaining my eye health and plans moving forward. The staff in front were friendly and helped me select glasses that suited my face. Highly recommend!

I'm new to Oregon state. Several weeks ago, my glasses were in a new state too. It looked like I sat on them, and bent them quite a bit. I happened to stop at a place that looked really great knowing this needed to be fixed quickly. I was taken in. She fixed them. All very business-like. And I left. But, after that, I had real problems with my vision blurring. Something wasn't right. After two weeks, I thought I should get another opinion. I found this place very close to me and gave it a shot. The desk people were very friendly and inviting. My optician was Jessica. She was very personable and welcoming. Impressive to me was she wasn't in a rush like many other places make you feel. She listened carefully. Asked necessary questions. Immediately, she said that my glasses were skewed and she was going to line up the vision of the progressives to ensure I would actually be looking through the progressives at the right place for proper vision. She fixed them up and adjusted them properly. She also told me to come back if I had any problems. She was funny and very professional making me feel like I had found my new doctor. Although I haven't met my doctor yet, the staff here is one of the best I've seen. They made me want to return. I returned the next day for a tweak on the adjustment for my glasses. Ah, there's the test. Will they be upset to have to correct what they had done? Jessica was absolutely wanting the fit to be perfect. No snarling. No tight lipped smile. She was just as friendly and helpful as before. Got to see the doc. Cynthia was a pro! I felt badly because I was difficult to refract. She was ideally patient as well as determined to give me the very best results possible, whatever it was going to take. I was absolutely impressed by her knowledge and her skill to provide a service that was making me feel like I am in great hands here. There was no pressure to change the prescription of my glasses to get me to purchase new ones. And ultimately she said that the changes she found in the prescription did not merit new glasses. That's impressive! I will definitely return and recommend.

First time here and Dr. Cynthia Strawn and her Staff were all very welcoming. Yes, eye exam may be a little expensive but worth it as they also take a picture of your eye and then Dr. Strawn went over it with me and explained everything about my eye. The Optician that I saw was Lenora and she was so patient ( there are at least 3 opticians in the office the day I was in) as I must have gone through 25-30 pairs of glasses This is definitely my new place to go for my eye exam and glasses as with my prescription I never received my glasses so fast and vision is a lot clearer than with other places I have been!

I have been very pleased with Keizer Vision Source over the past several years that I've been going. Dr Strawn is knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated. I've had a few emergencies and she has been able to help me immediately and get referred quickly to a specialist when my issue became more complicated. The staff is also friendly and professional. I'm very happy with Keizer Vision Source.

My first experience with Keizer Vision Source was great. I had an eye exam and shopped for new frames. Everyone was very kind and happy. I didn't know what frames to get. I looked on my own for a while, but when I finally let someone help me she found me the perfect frames in two seconds. They have a nice selection on frames too.
