I absolutely love this office, April is amazing and always goes above and beyond. She is honestly the biggest reason why I choose to only go to the Keizer office.

I have purchased frames at this location several times in the past. Today I was not allowed to even enter the area to look at frames unless I gave my full name and probably my life history??? Why?? No one else was there, so it's not like they were trying to limit occupancy and take names of those wanting to enter. I had a mask on and was polite. There are many places to get frames where they are courteous and helpful so I have no reason to return here.

I had a great experience. Went into look for new frames, they had exactly what I wanted and they also took my prescription from Costco which I didn't think they would. They were more than accommodating and when I had applied rubbing alcohol to my glasses they basically disintegrated and they warranteed them for free. The customer service was really good and I will definitely be back.

April who works at this location selling frames etc. Has very poor customer service skills as well as poor interpersonal skills. To top it off, she also suffers from not LISTENING TO WHAT THE COSTOMER JUST TOLD YOU.... Here is the story, I get to this office at 7:25 am and had the opportunity to look around the selection of frames I wanted to buy. Mind you I was in the store b4 April and her other associate was even clocked into work that day...so i already picked out what i liked out of their embarrassingly limited mens selection of frames...anyways after my eye exam and eye dilation i go back to the frames dep. And explain to April and the other that i cant see but i was in earlier and i already know what i want...could I get some help knowing what the price is? April replies, you could always comeback??...its the lack of listening to the customer and actually hearing what they just said...why would you tell the customer to come back if they just told you 2 seconds ago that I already know what I want?...this felt unwelcomeing, insensitivit and neglected to hear the customers needs, nor did April try to explain that I might have misunderstood what she said and that she meant XYZ. ..I understand miscommunication happenes all the time....but nope April instead started to take offence by me asking why would you ask me to come back? That's doesn't show me you want to help me ? Nor did you hear anything I told you?...I told her that I'd like to buy these she didn't make it seem that she was outwardly unpleasant with me at this point...and I simply wanted to hurry up and buy these frames and GTFO some how it got to the point where April told me that I am welcome to leave I said it doesn't seem that you want my business, why would you reject a sale.? I left...not buying what I wanted ...but I came back because I had my heart on buying the frames I found. and I was not treated I felt how a customer who wanted to purchase the item in the store was supposed to feel. ...she made her self seem like she was victimized once I asked to speak to her supervisor and that I am also here to buy the frames I wanted in the beginning...I told them you dont deserve my business for how I felt you treated me April but I'm not going to let you ruined my day and not get what I want.. So I'm getting the frames BUT NOT FROM YOU APRIL... IF APRIL HAD ANY CS skills or real training she would better word what she says or think b4 you speak after listening to what the customers just said...all this headache could have been avoided if you were a bit more attentive, mindful and sensitive to the needs of a paying customer....That is CS 101 April...you also were well over 45 years old and should have had better communication skills when speaking to customers....apparently you dont know how to articulate yourself well enough and instead of saying something helpful you put your foot in your mouth by not listening originally...and that is why I gave my experience a 1 stare all because of April's poor communication skills and customer service interactions the lack of explanation from her and her rude attitude.. #RetrainAprilInInterpersonalCommunicationSkills

Bought Maui Jim prescription sunglasse from April. They were a little blurry & not happy with the lenses. She exchanged them "no problem" with different lenses along with another style of Maui Jims with larger glass. 2nd pair AWSOME! Can see again! April was great to work with, she cares about the customer being happy with the product, that is very rare in this day & age! Thanks April for your help, i will be a return customer. Jim webster

The employees are always so fun and friendly and there to help. They go out of their way to find frames you may not have seen, noticed or thought about. Always super helpful with working with budgets and insurance.

Had a great experience here from finish to end.
