Didn't feel comfortable! When appointment was made, I wasn't told what office to go to! Went to wrong office. After arriving at the right office, first thing you see is a big sign that says "Line starts here!" There was a patient standing there so I thought that was the line. There were 4 ladies working the desk. None of them asked if they could assist me save one. I told her that I was in line. Her tone was demeaning as she told me that I was in the wrong line. She did assist me. I haven't been in this office for years. I tried to follow the directions the sign stated. I felt that I didn't belong there the way staff treated. My whole visit left me anxious and had alot of anxiety during my visit.
