I went to Cascadia Eye Care for an eye exam this month and had such a wonderful experience! The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and they were quick to help me with picking out and ordering my glasses. Dr. Monghate is knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything while answering all of my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed and felt truly cared for. I have gone to Cascadia for four years, and previously was very happy with them. At my last visit they told me my insurance denied payment and I had to pay the full amount. Two week later I realized my insurance actually paid $92.99 of it but I was never refunded that amount, even though I was told they would. I've been chasing this down for months. I called again today and was told they needed confirm my last four digits of my credit card to get the refund. We will see if I ever get my refund. Changing doctors.
