Friendly staff but change in staff or intake procedures were poor. Previous checkup visits took less than 45 minutes. I was escorted back for preliminary tests 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Was then told it would be 10 to 15 minutes for a room. After 25 minutes, still no room. I inquired about the status & was told I was next in line for a room (no estimate for a Dr.). I was told they inform patients to expect 2 to 3 hours for a visit. That expectation was not shared with me. I left & rescheduled for an early morning rather than afternoon in hope of less of a backlog to reduce my checkup visit time.

Dr. Is very experienced. I trust him explicitly. However, eye heath is not a pleasant experience. I usually am there mostly waiting for at least 2 hours. That's not right for 15 minutes total of services.
