The staff is so great got me right in and also patiently worked with me with finding glasses. When I called back to cancel my glasses and come back to reorder a different pair they were able to cancel and reschedule me.

Great optician center! The only issue I had was that the cost of the frames was way out of my price range. Beautiful office and kind + professional staff. However, because of the cost of the frames, I need to go elsewhere to get my frames and lenses. My recommendation: provide a few more options for frames that are more affordable.

Highly recommend this vision clinic! New patient at this place and went in for my annual eye exam. Dr. Kawasaki and the staff were super friendly, attentive, and professional. I felt at ease and during my whole appointment. They reviewed my benefits with me in a non-pushy manner. Definitely will be returning!

Great place! Dr. Kawasaki took the time to explain everything clearly and concisely during the very comprehensive eye exam. She listened to my concerns about a family history of eye diseases and explained not only that there weren't any signs of disease yet, but also showed what one would look for and might expect as early symptoms. Although the exam was thorough, it wasn't unduly long, which I appreciated.

I had my first experience at Lake Oswego Vision Clinic and it was terrific. Dr. Neron and associates took very good care of me. I feel my exam was thorough and the help I got choosing new frames was outstanding. Prices were also surprisingly affordable. Thank you!

The optometrists, eye exams, and selection of glasses frames are high quality. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the eyewear department have caused me to question if I should return. In early January I had an wonderful eye exam completed and purchased a year's worth of contacts and placed an order for a new pair of glasses to wear in the evenings. During the day I wear progressive glasses over my contact lenses to help with reading and in the evening remove my contacts and wear progressive glasses designed to enable me to see distance as well as up close for reading. On three different occasions the eyewear department filled the incorrect prescription. The fourth set of lenses that came in were correct but caused eye strain and I was seeing double. I was told it was because I had just taken my contacts out and it would take time for my vision to adjust. A week later, now mid-March, I have still not been able to see clearly in the evenings even with this fourth set of lenses so I took them to an eye clinic I used to visit to see if they could help me. They looked at the lenses and quickly determined that they had been put in backwards. Yikes. While I appreciate that management at LO Vision Clinic credited the out of pocket cost of my frames, my insurance had already been billed otherwise I would have cancelled the order. It was an unexpected and unfortunate experience since in the past service has been excellent. Hoping this was just a fluke.

I had a great experience. The Dr and the optetrician were fantastic.
