First of all, I have stopped going to other health care service providers because of how poorly the front office staff has treated me. I have left even when the doctor was excellent. So I am very pleased to say that Denise was excellent as was Candice during my two visits. Now about the doctor, Stephen Olsen. First, very professionally dressed in a suit. That is rare these days, so it made a great first impression. But about his skills...so great! The prescription on my glasses have never been better. And he took time to show me and explain my eyes on the screen where nerve damages could appear. Oh I wish I would have found him years ago!

This optometry office is ok. The support staff are great -- scheduling, glasses orders, etc. They are very friendly. Dr. Olsen knows how to operate all the technology and is technically very competent, but made ZERO attempt to help me understand what's going on with my eyes, what the changes in my diagnosis mean for my eyesight and glasses.

Unfortunately not a great experience the last two visits. I'd been with them since I was a child and am an adult now. They don't communicate well at the front desk and bill for more contacts than what your insurance can cover. It was disappointing. I won't be returning and had been with them for 10+ years. Don't trust them and always ask questions about billing and your insurance otherwise you will be surprised by how much you owe.
