I used to think all eye exams and treatment were the same until I came here. Dr. Polsinelli and his team are so knowledgeable, genuine, and kind. They were able to give me insight into eye problems I had for years and never had a name for. Dr. Polsinelli gives his patients his full attention and care, happily talking through anything you may have questions about. My prescription changed everything. After using my prescription for two years, it was the first time that my vision actually improved. I will continue to get care here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an optometrist.

It appears the prescription Dr. Miyamoto provided was not accurate, as I have worn the glasses for more than seven months and still cannot adjust to them. When I contacted the office, the staff told me to contact Costco, who made my glasses, and said adjustments are only free within 30 days. However, this policy was never mentioned to me until I specifically asked about it.
For comparison, I visited Costco and their optometrist was very patient and experienced. They confirmed that lens and frame adjustments are free within 90 days, which made me realize the difference in follow-up care and support. I hope the clinic improves communication about policies and offers better support for patients who are struggling with prescriptions.

I highly recommend Dr Polsinelli for your annual eye health checks. He spends far more time than my previous experience with Kaiser and fully explains things in layman's terms. He solved an on-goings dry eye problem I have with a process that works on my first visit. I was very pleased and impressed by the care I received from Dr. Polsinelli. Dr. Polsinelli spent much of his time to listen and evaluates my eyes thoroughly.
