I recently visited Dr. Anderson at Eye Care Associates to renew my eyeglass prescription, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Dr. Anderson and her assistant were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made the entire appointment feel relaxed and efficient. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they truly cared about providing quality eye care rather than just moving patients through quickly. The exam itself was thorough, and I left the office with my new prescription feeling confident that my vision needs had been fully addressed. What really set Dr. Anderson apart, however, was what happened after the appointment. Once I got home, I realized I needed to make a small adjustment related to my eyeglass clinic through the VA. I contacted Eye Care Associates, and Dr. Anderson personally took care of the issue for me without hesitation. That level of follow-up and support is rare and deeply appreciated. As a veteran, I can honestly say Dr. Anderson is exceptionally veteran-friendly. She treats you with respect and dignity and never makes you feel uncomfortable or like you're "getting free cheese." Instead, she provides professional, high-quality care with genuine appreciation and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and Eye Care Associates to anyone needing eye care. Superior service, knowledgeable staff, and outstanding follow-through made this an excellent experience.

Was directed to Eyecare Associates Lincoln City after an urgent care visit. Nice setting with helpful reception. Appointment was punctual. Doctor was extremely professional and proficient. I was in a great deal of pain. She addressed the issue immediately and relieved the mental and physical pain. A great relief.

First time visit and everyone was very nice and my appt was on time. Dr Anderson was through and explained everything well. A very pleasant experience from A-Z. And will get 2 new pair of glasses. Lori was extremely helpful with picking out the frames and explaining all the options . Prices were good and most covered by my eye insurance .

I have visited another local eyecare business and this one outshines! I will be returning and I highly recommend. They are friendly, organized, helpful, and communicative. I felt taken care of and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Love my new glasses and they fitted them for me, also!

Everything went smoothly with my appointment, as with the past several. They contacted me a few days in advance to be sure we were still on the same page, I filled out my pre-registration online, arrived for my appointment a little early, and saw the Doctor within minutes. Very satisfied.
