I purchased a beautiful set of frames and new lenses several months ago. Was having issues with reading. My husband urged me to go back and get them replaced. To my surprise I was helped by a very informative young man. He listened to my issues and within 20 minutes he had helped me order a new set of lenses. He explained everything and was so helpful. Front desk staff person is the worst. I needed her to check on a prescription that was supposed to be sent from their home clinic in McMinnville. She refused to call the clinic and just handed me a business card. Very bad customer service. Time to check out the other optical clinics in town.

I've been going here for the past 4 years now. Can't say enough good things about this clinic. The front desk staff are so kind and easy to schedule with. The tech Alex is so helpful and goes above and beyond. Amy, my eye doctor is wonderful and informative as well during her exams.
My last visit I had to unexpectedly bring my 2 year old son with me. The staff at this clinic went out of their way to help us get through this appointment with a very busy 2 year old. I can't thank them enough for that kindness.

Brought my three-year-old in to have her eyes checked because I'd been noticing some possible issues. Alex, the optometric tech, was WONDERFUL with her and very flexible. He was so kind and careful and willing to give her the time she needed. Dr. Hayes was also great with her and very informative in answering my questions, and I appreciated his finding a work-around when we couldn't convince my daughter to allow the eye drops. I'll feel very comfortable returning there for check-ups.
