Advanced Vision Wellness Center

I always have the best experience here. Since 2019 I have been getting my eyes checked and my purchasing glasses here. They make the process so easy and never feels like they are pushy when selling new frames. Laura is amazing and she is so helpful. Super transparent too!

Each of the five staff members that we encountered were pleasant, professional and demonstrated proficiency in their tasks. It was our first visit there after losing our most beloved previous optometrist. We didn't think we could get used to anyone else. But they changed our minds!

I just had my first visit to Advanced Vision Wellness Center for a comprehensive vision exam and contact lens evaluation. They were welcoming, friendly, professional, and great to work with. I have every confidence that I will receive high quality service there for many years to come.

Matt, his wife, and his entire crew are truly classy individuals. There is NOT any better optometry center in the Valley: I could run through them as I've been to many, and most have major flaws. Some have gone corporate, some don't have inventory/frame choices, some cater to women and not men only, some have horrible customer service and when you go in they make you feel like you are a burden to them. None of these things apply to Advanced: I have NEVER experienced such great care. Advanced wants to get it right for you and they will--that's their promise and they live up to it. Additionally, they are fun people to work with. I love their extremely broad choice of styles. I've also had some issues with my frames after I totally crushed them when they fell out of my bag, and they were able to fix them on the spot. They also are really great about living up to warranties and getting that sorted in a timely manner. I highly recommend these folks for a great small business in the Valley that gets it right on all levels!

Dr Maisha Langella did a very thorough exam. Answered all of my questions. And I had a few. Linda the eye glass Tech answered all my questions and I could tell she knew what she was doing. I had excellent service all the way around the office. I think I'll be happy with the pair of glasses I will get in a couple weeks in time for my trip. Thank you for such a nice visit.

Finding new providers after a move can be challenging. I have visited this office several times in the past few months to research, facilitate records transfers, solve a problem with broken eyeglasses, and, finally, see the Eye Dr and have my eyes checked. Every step of the way, I have been very impressed with the staff, opticians, and the Dr. It is clear that they value both their team and their customers. They were attentive, understanding, professional and thorough. A win-win all around.

Everyone I encountered was efficient, patient, professional, helpful and extremely nice to me. I am 90 and have Alzheimer's so I am a challenge. Thank you for taking such good care of me and providing me with glasses that I am going to be very satisfied with.
