Excellent customer service! The optometrist staff were so inviting and even worked around the fact I had the time of the appointment wrong. The doctor even came out and talked to us after my daughter was seen. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what she had and what she needed. The eyeglass side also had excellent customer service and made my daughter feel comfortable. They said it'd take about an hour to get the glasses. We had them in 22 minutes! I was also surprised of the pricing and the fact they took our insurance even made it better. Overall, just a great experience for us!

This was my second experience of buying glasses. The first one was a disaster and I had to go back three times in order to get glasses that still never fit right. I was very impressed with Eyemart's store. There was a 10 minute wait, and I use that time to look at the wide variety of frames that were offered. When it was my turn, the clerk was experienced and very helpful in picking out a frame for my bifocals. I explained to her that I wanted to stay within my insurance allowance and she was very receptive. Then I was told that I could pick my glasses up in one hour. At that point she also explained that I could get a pair of reading glasses absolutely free And she helped me pick out a frame. I will definitely be returning to Eyemart for my next purchase.

We positively love this Eyemart Express store. We've always had good experience here, but this year Cinnamon went above and beyond. She took care of both my husband and myself at the same time and was quick and efficient while still being patient as we made various decisions and changed our minds a couple times. She gave us options along the way, demonstrated tiny colors, showed us the difference between polarized lenses, all to help us make the best decision for our ourselves.
Personal thoughts aside, the value here is better than any place else in town as well. Insurance companies are constantly cutting what they will pay for so a place like Eyemart Express where you can go and still get a decent value for your money is hard to find.

My prescription (bi-focal) was ready in about half an hour. The frames were fitted to my face. The price was quite reasonable. I couldn't be happier!

They were able to produce my first set of glasses in 31 minutes. I know because of the email. I unfortunately was not able to wait. But the reason I was able to get to my next stop was they are opened until 7 pm. I had my glasses coming from another place but their 7-9 days missed by one business day. Which was the day i had seats for a show. It was great to get the glasses picked up from euemarr express and really see the show clearly. Thanks for all that and the very kind service.

I was traveling and needed new glasses in a rush. Eyemart Express delivered on that. Cinnamon was very nice and helpful so the customer service is great. I can definitely see better than I could with my old prescription, so I am happy with that.
My lenses aren't the exact shape of the frames, so they fall out sometimes. The glasses are also creaky. I think it is because of the movement allowed by the lenses and frames not being a good fit to each other. The nose pads that came with the frames ($60 model) were hard, but they happily and quickly swapped those out for silicone, which was much better.
If you aren't in a big rush, you can get transition lenses and better quality glasses for less than I paid for non transitions here by ordering on Zenni. You have to make your own adjustments and get your own PD measurements for them so you won't get the service you do at Eyemart.
It depends on your needs, I guess.
At the end of the day, I got what I needed. I am grateful they were there and able to help.
