Had my second appointment today and had a great experience. All the employees there are super friendly. The employee who helped pick my glasses out was very helpful. She spent lots of time with me trying on different styles and looking online to find a color I liked. Dr. George Lam is always so wonderful to work with. He treats you like a person and has real conversations with you while still being extra thorough in your eye assessment. I reccomend Group Eyecare for anyone who wants a more personal experience in their eyecare!

Dr Lam and staff are very friendly and professional. My visit there was painless and simple, the team spent with each person in all aspects of my visit was pleasant. The frame selection was amazing and the friendly staff helped me choose my new glasses with confidence. Thank you add Lam and staff for an enjoyable stress free visit every time.

My first visit was smooth and quick. It had been a long time since I've been to an eye doctor so they explained everything to me before proceeding, making me feel comfortable. When I came in to get my glasses adjusted the assistant loved on my infant daughter which was so sweet. The staff and doctor there are amazing.

Dr. Lam and his staff are always amazing! They are friendly and helpful. Dr. Lam is a wonderful doctor and he has helped me for many years. Today he examined my 10 year old son and made him feel completely comfortable. I would recommend Group Eyecare to everyone!!!

Just had my very first visit to Group Eyecare today and am very satisfied with my experience there. I haven't been to the eye doctor for a long time and was a little nervous but the ladies working there, Kandy & Jeccea were both super friendly. I felt very comfortable and at ease, and especially with the whole pandemic going on I felt like they definitely were maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the office and on their equipment. Dr. Oberly was also great. I'll definitely be returning for any future appointments

I was a patient of Dr. Kantor's who was bought out by Dr. Oberly. I called to make an appointment. Was told my insurance would cover the visit, glasses, etc. I had emergent surgery, had to reschedule, the front desk person, continued to reassure me all was well with insurance, etc. When I finally was able to make my appointment in January, I had my eyes checked, and then picked out my frames carefully to stay within my insurance budget, etc. I picked out the progressives (covered) etc. It wasn't until AFTER I finished picking out my glasses, etc that I found out that they weren't taking my insurance anymore, and oh by the way, my glasses now were around $1000.00. But the front desk person said ,"Don't worry, they'll cover some of it." Yep, they covered $50.00. I'll never go back.

I switched to Group Eyecare many years ago and whenever I see Dr. Lam I am always glad that I did. He is so thorough and always seems genuinely interested in me and how I am doing. Additionally, his staff is always friendly and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor that stays current on anything related to eye care, who genuinely cares about you as a patient and will take the time needed to answer any and all questions.

The team is always so nice here! They are caring, understanding, helpful and patient (thank God because I am VERY indecisive)! I love how every time I see the Dr he jokes around and asks questions about my family and how life is going. They are very personal and very professional! Such a great team!!!
