Optimal Vision Care

We found the Dr. Very friendly and knowledgeable!!! Works with state of the art equipment, even though we made last minute appointment we didn't feel rushed!! Very complet exam and very well explained!! Highly recommend optimal vision care, to anyone that values their vision!!

Unless you have 1000 dollars to spend or really exceptional vision insurance you should avoid this business. They refuse to hear me when I said it wasn't clear with what kind of exams they would be doing and that it wouldn't be covered by my insurance. She answered that that was my problem that I need to know what my insurance covers. Who in the world understands all that their insurance covers and how much? When I explained that I was a single mom with two kids, and currently not getting paid as a government worker that is affected by the shutdown she told me not to play the pity card. I have been trying to resubmit these claims to my insurance and all the while I am getting late charges and she continues to charge them even though as I said, I'm currently not getting paid. The woman at the front desk is completely heartless, and rude. Part of the reason why I wasn't paid back by my FSA is they refused to give me an itemized bill until I called and complained. Again, I'm getting late charges all the while. I would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone and I certainly will not come back. When I went in to pay the bill, front desk shrew shushed me because she didn't want me talking about my bill in front of other people. When I asked for all my paperwork printed out, she said it was time to close. Awful billing practices. Predatory and not at all transparent. *UPDATE... these people charged me a 75 dollar fee for a missed appointment I never made! And I freaking payed it not realizing . Because I DID NOT GET AN ITEMIZED BILL. Disgusting.

Doctor Reicht and Becky are so great! Friendly, patient, and know their stuff. In the years that I have been under their care and expertise I have always been welcomed with huge smiles and warm greetings. I am completely satisfied with Doctor Reicht's care of my eyes. She has my full trust and confidence as does Becky!

BE CAREFUL. THEY WANT YOUR $$$. I have excellent insurance but this place finds a way to charge you. After calling to ask how much I'd pay, I was told all in all it'd be $200. I went to this place and ended up paying $1,500 out of pocket. They do "medical vision" exams so they will charge you a lot, even after they charge insurance. Their glasses are highly overpriced. I was sad and disappointed because this optometrist was very nice and kind, but money is corrupting her intentions. I will not go here ever again.

The best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. Dr. Reich was thorough, professional, personable, and very relatable. Highly recommend great experience.

Dr. Is very good about explaining what is being done and why. She takes time to just visit, and listen to what I had to say. Very good visit today.

I always learn something new at Mt appointments. Found a new pair of glasses that I will be purchasing and the staff and Dr Reich are friendly yet professional. I always have a great time at this office.
