Don't let these lower ratings fool you!! I've been coming here for years and I've had good experiences, but this time was the BEST experience I've ever had! Baylee helped me when I ordered and when I came in to pick up I didn't even have to give her my name because she remembered me, glasses are perfect too. I even took a couple of her cards to give out at my work so others can have as great of an experience I did, she was great, ask for her.

My husband and I purchased glasses here at the same time. We got the same exact coatings. The antiglare/blue blocking coating has been horrendous to keep clean and clean them on my pair only. My husbands has no problem. I was an optician and lab technician for 12 years, I worked for 3 at this company, I have never previously had an issue with the coatings. I have used their cleaning products, the costco ones and the one from a my daughters private eye doctor, nothing will prevent them from becoming clean and streak free after cleaning them. My husbands, no issues. We clean them the exact same way. I called and brought this up and let them know that my coating must be flawed. They told me they could not do anything about it unless I bought their warranty. I am not buying a warranty for their mistake. We will not be returning to them in the future. My family would buy 2 pairs of glasses each from them each year. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

The receptionist is only trained in answering the phone. If you go into the store to pick up glasses, and tell her they are too loose, she has no idea how to adjust them. If she she is the only employee there, she only knows how to hand you your case with glasses, nothing else (BTW, she doesn't wear glasses which may be the reason why). You will have to go to another optometrist to get them adjusted. I guess you can call beforehand to see if the manager is working at that time/day and hope she knows something about glasses.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a lovely young lady who said, go ahead and browse for frames while I look you up. I found frames. She had looked up my old prescription. We tweaked it a little bit, she said, two weeks and I said, have a nice day, and thank you very much.
The perfect glasses came 4 days later.
