Very helpful. She listened to my vision problems and provided a prescription fitted to what I needed. I'm an electrician and aging eyes are making it difficult to see up close (within 12") when wiring lights.hopefully with new glasses the issue will be resolved. I would definitely recommend her.

Came in to pick up order and pick up glasses. I was treated exceptionally and efficiently. The gentleman assisting me in trying on the glasses was very knowledgeable on prices, colors, facts about the brands etc. And when I was picking up my selection, he had great attention to detail and tightened the frames cause after 1 second, because he could tell they were loose. Truly a professional who is incredibly experienced!

Was seen for an acute scary vision change and eye pressure. The examination felt very brief and rushed. I don't feel that my field of vision was examined, just the appearance of my eye. The first provider I saw told me it was dry eye and to use artificial tears 4 times daily. I wasn't given instructions for when to follow up. Things didn't feel right so I came back and saw another provider who did the same thing. I felt I wasn't thoroughly evaluated, was again told I had dry eye, and to follow up in 4 to 6 weeks. My gut told me this was not dry eye. Luckily I was able to see my PCP who took 2 minutes to assess my eye movements and he immediately detected nystagmus and right saccades. He diagnosed me with INO, which is an urgent medical concern. I am now scheduled for an MRI. I acknowledge that I was worked in for an appointment urgentlys, and I am sure both providers were busy. But it would have only taken 1 or 2 minutes for either of them to assess my eye movements :( I am glad I didn't delay and was able to see my pcp promptly.
