Vista Optical

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carolyn and Shannon at Vista Optical in Oregon City. They truly went above and beyond for my daughter and our family. My daughter needed a replacement pair of glasses. Only one pair was technically under warranty, and her prescription sunglasses had been stolen out of her work van before she ever even had the chance to wear them. Without hesitation, Carolyn immediately said that this wasn't my daughter's fault that they were stolen and that she would order her a brand-new pair of prescription sunglasses. Her kindness didn't stop there -- she warmly wished us a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year over the phone, which honestly brought tears to my eyes. That simple act of compassion felt like such a meaningful gift to both my daughter and me. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Carolyn and Shannon reminded us what genuine care and integrity look like. Because of them, we will forever be customers of Vista Optical. People like Carolyn and Shannon are exactly what make small-town Oregon City such a special and delightful place to live. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts.

Good up to this point, Received my lens prescription from Eyehealth NW, my first pair of lenses were for reading and intermedate or (computer) came back for reading and distance, I asked for a redo, and the 2nd pair came back as per the perscription just too strong. Went back to Eyehealth for a new prescription and gave to Vista optical for reading and intermedate, came back for reading and distance. Vista Blaimed eyehealth for not the correct prescription. Eyehealth said Vista optical lab did not understand to read the prescription to make intermedate lenses. So now i went back to Eye health for a new prescription. It's now been over 2 months and no glasses. There are other places in town to purchase glasses.

These guys have helped me so much! I don't get my glasses here, but any time I need mine adjusted they are happy to help. Excellent service!

Carolyn the manager at the oregon city store went above and beyond to help me after the vista optical on canyon closed. Due to some health issues it would be hard for me to get to oregon city vista optical. I had bought a frame from Americas best. Carolyn called the one in Tigard which would be a lot easier for me to get to . She talked to Aimee and told her I would be in soon to buy lenses for a frame I had bought there. She asked would mind marking a seg height for a no line lens on a new frame Laura bought from you? Aimee was glad to help. Thanks your Gems !

I purchased a pair of tri-focal safety glasses for my job as an OR nurse. They are amazing! Clear vision and comfortable. They were so awesome I went in to purchase a new pair of regular glasses. Fortunately for me they were having a special and I got 2 pairs for an incredibly awesome price. Highly recommended, they are great at communicating and the customer service was top notch!

Workers were very polite and helpful service was great!
