So the eye doctor here probably saved me from eye problems when I turn into a senior citizen. He found a tear in my retina and wasted no time getting me a referral to an eye specialist. The specialist confirmed that my eye dr did a really good job finding the tear. The whole visit was pleasant I'm glad to be a patient here

I'm disappointed by the lack of transparency during a recent appointment. I wasn't told the Optomap scan wasn't covered by insurance, nor was I told that they no longer offer standard dilation. When I questioned the unexpected fee, the staff curtly claimed they texted me--a text I never received. Important cost information should be shared upfront, not hidden. A very frustrating experience.

Went here 2.27.25, CHECKED IN, and proceeded to wait 45mins. Never updated on why we had to wait. Mind you, as a customer we can't show up 10-15 min without a charge being applied. Their records should show we were checked in on time unless the admin altered them. Just received a bill for a no show charge. I'm going to follow up as soon as they open Monday following this post. I do not recommend this practice, but had a great experience at Vision Works in Bend who took us last minute.
