Everything from the scheduling, the appointment and ordering of glasses was professional and seamless. Plus, everyone was knowledgeable and had a good attitude! Dr. Roland was delightful and I felt like I received a thorough exam.

Wonderful staff and would definitely come here again. They were kind enough to squeeze me in for an urgent same day appointment as both the ER and urgent care won't treat eye issues. The provider was great and the staff was very kind. Would recommend this place to anyone

OEP&S are awesome! been a patient for about 15 years. Great selection, great people and they have new tech so you don't have to get that puff of air on your eye or be dilated for 4 hours after. EXCELENT PLACE

Had my very first eye exam here and it was great! Nathaniel made me feel very comfortable. Office was a warm environment as well which I appreciated. Great place to get your eyes checked!

Very clean and comfortable waiting area. Very friendly staff and Dr Roland was great! He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions. He explained things very well. I trust my eye exam. Everyone had a great sense of humor there, which made it fun. I would definitely recommend them. Interesting note - apparently all of the ophthalmologists and surgeons have left this location for another in, I think, Tualatin. Update: I had my glasses made elsewhere and my vision wasn't great. Went back to Oregon Eye Physicians for a free recheck and new prescription!!

The entire staff was amazing!! They genuinely enjoy what they do. Dr. Roland explained the process and any developments as he came across them. It was an enjoyable visit with everyone! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

My experience with this clinic has been terrible. They made two mistakes with my eye prescription. The first was in November 2023, when I ordered contact lenses immediately after my eye exam. I waited a long time but didn't receive them. When I called to inquire, I found out they hadn't even placed the order. So I had to reorder, but the order couldn't be processed until the following year. My plan was to order contact lenses in 2023 and get glasses in 2024, because my insurance only covers one item per year, either contact lenses or glasses. Their failure to place the order disrupted my plan. Today, I discovered they made another mistake. I tried to order contact lenses online, but the online company told me it was a glasses prescription and couldn't be used to order contact lenses. I called the clinic - Oregon Eye Physicians & Surgeons. They told me I needed to have another contact lens exam. I had an exam in August 2023, and the prescription was valid until 2027. But they said it was a glasses prescription, not a contact lens prescription. I only found out today that my prescription was only for glasses. I questioned why they didn't tell me or ask me what type of prescription I needed when I had the exam. They said my husband scheduled the exam, and the appointment slip didn't specify the purpose of the exam. So they assumed it was for glasses. I asked them why they didn't verify what type of exam I needed when I was at the clinic? They said my contact lens prescription hadn't been updated since 2023 and had expired in 2024. They said prescriptions are usually updated annually, so they knew the purpose of the exam. My not updating my prescription doesn't mean they can arbitrarily guess the purpose of my exam. They didn't even ask me or verify whether my appointment was for contact lenses or glasses. They simply assumed it was for glasses. I had only ever ordered contact lenses from them before, never glasses. How could they assume my exam was for glasses? And they tried to shift the blame. What an irresponsible clinic! ! ! What a shame! The first time they made a mistake, I didn't say anything. But now that they've made the same mistake again, I have to speak up, so that other patients don't suffer the same harm.

Dr. Roland is precise, polite and professional. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. What a refreshing change from arrogant inconsiderate optometry services I've experienced in the surrounding area.
